High school students often have the guidance of a counselor to help them choose the right school, program, find financial aid and more. What happens once you leave the confines of that familiar setting though, who helps you then? This is where Education Connection comes in.

EC’s directories offer a variety of programs, colleges, universities and technical schools. While the lists are rather extensive, we’re here to showcase some of the non-profit schools that are often overlooked on the site.

Keiser University – Currently offers over 20 online degree programs, including degree programs in Español.

Everglades University – Offering both online and on-campus programs this private university offers bachelors and master’s degrees to prepare students for their future career.

Hawaii Pacific UniversityWhen you think about college, you probably don’t think about fun in the sun. Hawaii Pacific University might change your mind though; take classes online or on-campus choosing from a variety of degree programs.

Ottawa University – Based in Kansas this university has been providing a proper education to students since 1865. OU prides itself on providing higher education to adults and offers several online programs to make getting a degree easier than ever.

St. Leo University Also founded in the 1800s this university the Catholic university has online degree programs available from business administration to psychology to sports management.

Several other non-profit universities include Robert Morris University, Dominican University and Northeastern University.
