This unique program would give students with a minimum of 4 courses or 12 hours in approved business classes a jump start in an organizational management degree with a concentration in business. Many corporations utilize organizational managers to help streamline their operations, helping to make them more efficient while meeting the needs of the organization, its employees and its customers. Organizational managers are trained to observe and analyze organizational operations, from its communication techniques to group interaction and employee interaction. Organizational managers make recommendations based on their observations, creating a plan of attack for corporations large and small to improve issues that may be problematic or that need improvement. Organizational managers are need in just about every industry that has employees, that utilizes a set series of operations or processes, or that serve customers.
