Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management

A Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management is a four-year degree program that involves business management and creative marketing strategies. Students learn how to formulate calendars for media planning, find and critique target markets for consumers, create brands and manage them, understand how advertising impacts consumers, analyze competitive forces in marketplaces, assess human resources and growth potential within organizations, and take steps to achieve the edge in the industry. A Bachelor of Science in Advertising Marketing requires students to take coursework in marketing copywriting, marketing research, international marketing, business finance, and other subjects related to the field. These classes, combined with liberal arts courses, assist students in gaining solid foundations for their future careers. Students may also be able to major in management and minor in advertising depending on the university or college.
