This class introduces students to the various concepts associated with executive coaching. This includes the historical roots of coaching, professional coaching organizations, codes of ethics and professional certification competencies and processes. Students will get an overview of the different stages of coaching as well as the processes used on clients. Participants will also be introduced to the Mastery focus, which is an essential element for both the coach and their client.
