Grand Canyon University's Bachelor of Arts in Christian Leadership program adopts a servant leadership perspective and applies it to the issues of the twenty-first century, responding to the particular needs of leaders, today and tomorrow. The program is designed to sharpen leadership capabilities in any setting, while introducing and applying Christian ideals to the workplace and the global marketplace. The program addresses Biblical foundations, human behavior, and business acumen as it applies to the church, and the mentoring of Christian leaders. Strong communication and critical thinking skills are a necessary and valuable component to the program.
