The Master of Science in Dispute Resolution (MSDR) degree is designed to provide knowledge and skills in alternative dispute resolution theories, methods, and applications. The program will benefit professionals in a wide spectrum of organizations in the public and private sectors: business, industry, labor, government, education, religion, non-profits, and non-governmental organizations.
While the MSDR provides a strong career building-block for persons holding undergraduate degrees, the MSDR also expands employment applications for persons holding professional degrees or credentials, such as the MBA, JD, MSW, MPSY, CPA, and MDIV. Executives, middle managers, and labor leaders, can apply knowledge and skills learned in the MSDR to maintain and promote healthy workforce environments.
