The Doctor of Business Administration program at Warren National University builds upon the content laid down in the master degree program while providing considerably more in-depth exposure, orienting itself toward those students with senior management potential. Included are high-level management strategy courses encompassing planning, design and organization, through and including implementation, in such areas as Finance, Information Systems, and Project and Systems Management. Students will learn how to improve organizational performance by examining the strategies of business policy and review the legal, ethical and regulatory environments of business. The corporate taxation of various transactions is another important aspect for mid-career professionals to consider. And finally, the course Advanced Business Policy covers the role of the CEO, which is the highest responsibility for ensuring cohesion between departments and among managers themselves.
