Graduate Certificate in Systems Analysis

UMUC's Graduate Systems Analysis Certificate is designed to prepare students to undertake the early tasks in the development of an information system, including problem definition, systems analysis, requirements definition, and logical design. At the end of this program students will be able to: have technical foundation and get exposure to issues such as the managerial uses of information systems; and understand the software development cycle and systems analysis and design.

Core coursework includes: Information Systems for Managers, Information Systems Management and Integration, Information Systems Sourcing Management, Systems Analysis and Design, and Informational Technology. This certificate requires 15 semester hours to complete.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Individual programs may have additional requirements.
