Health Administration MBA

The Health Administration concentration examines how financial, legal and marketing activities are transformed when applied in health care organizations. Integration of the systemic view of U.S. healthcare into the decision-making process prepares students to become middle and senior level health executives who are able to combine analytic tools of business with an understanding and appreciation of the human side of healthcare. Graduates of the MBA in Health Administration will enter into healthcare management positions with the responsibility for planning, directing, supervising and delivering healthcare in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics and doctor's offices. The demand for health services managers is expected to grow faster than average for all occupations through 2012.
