Human Resources Bachelor's

Human Resources Management involves understanding topics as the motivation and productivity of employees, compensation, and performance appraisals. The curriculum provides a framework through which students learn how human resource management decisions affect, and are affected by, virtually all other management decisions. Students will wrestle with how to balance the diverse interests of management, labor, consumers, regulatory agencies, political constituents, and environmental issues in a competitive, global economy.The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management is ideal for students interested in a career as a human resources manager, training and development manager, recruiter, or organizational development specialist.
