Outcomes-based learning, standards and proficiencies, and higher accountability for secondary student learning are becoming an integral part of every school district, generating a need for teachers who are leaders in implementing quality curriculum, assessing student learning, and improving instruction. The Master of Education in Secondary Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction degree teaches students the necessary tools to implement effective, equitable curricula, provide enhanced instruction, evaluate student learning and help all students achieve high standards.
