UMUC's Undergraduate Computer Networking Certificate is appropriate for students who want to work as network administrators for a business, government agency, or nonprofit organization. The program provides hands-on training in state-of-the art computer technology. With appropriate choice of courses, this certificate may be completed while pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology. Core coursework includes: Networking Essentials, Windows Server 2003, Windows Network Infrastructure, and Windows Directory Services Infrastructure. This certificate requires 18 semester hours to complete.
