There are many military friendly colleges in South Carolina. In 2017, 146 South Carolina schools got Post 9/11 GI bill funds for over 11,000 students totaling over $80 million dollars.

There are six active programs offering benefits for veterans’ education. All of these can be used to help fund a college education.
